Be present and be mindful of your breathing. Play Balince repeatedly, keeping track of the scores on the scores page to find out how responsive and steady the two hands are. Focus on the speed to balince first but be mindful that you need to come to a stable stop as soon as the bubbles are in balince. So, do not move too fast, otherwise coming to a full stop jerks the bubbles and gets them out of balince right away. When in balince do not try to focus on microscopic measurement of the balince meters, just be aware of them and your breath while being steady.
